Great place for modern cuts and relaxation! As soon as I walked in I was warmly welcomed with smiling faces and I relaxed in the lobby with a complementary drink. Overall the vibe of everyone there was great! I asked for a modern mullet with a textured fringe and Laura provided! She listened very well to what I wanted and asked great questions to help tailor the cut to my needs.(hairline, length, where my hair parts.) Fantastic place, I’ll definitely be back!

Ladies if you're looking for a place to take your husband to get a hair cut this is a place for him! Men of your wanting to look good for your significant other I would highly recommend this place! This place is really clean, and they care about their clients. It's been years since my husband has had a hair cut I took him there and he walked out feeling like a new man. They also have is a call to see how he's doing and they had met his expectations. 10 out of 10!!!!

I had a great experience with Katy. As someone who has been getting their hair cut at home for years after never finding a barber shop or salon I liked, I decided to try and step my style up again, and decided to try here after reading all the positive reviews. The entire experience from checking in to the cut to the extras in the benchmark service were great. Katy really helped me find a cut and style that I liked and that worked with my hair type and length (something that I had struggled with in the past). I will definitely be returning to this location.

Kaley here is amazing. She has been providing a Benchmark service for me for over a year now, and is always pleasant and positive while doing an outstanding job. The biggest compliment I can give her is she LITERALLY saved my life. I had what had been told by Dermatologist a sun spot on my head. A few months ago Kaley kindly asked me to get it checked out bc she thought it was getting darker and bigger. I took her up on her suggestion and went to the Dermatologist. The Dr. Stated she didn't think it was anything to worry about, but I explained to her what Kaley stated and that was the only reason I made an appointment. I asked the Dr to biopsy it as a result of what I had been told and the Dr begrudgingly did. A week later the Dr calls to tell me I have Melonoma in the initial stage and need to have it removed. I had a half dollar size of my head removed to get rid of the melanoma, and am now told it is all gone. Without Kaley asking me to get checked and her telling me why so I could push the Dr I would have left it alone. By the time I would have realized it was a bigger problem it would have metastisized and I would die. So, not only does she provide an amazing Benchmark each week, but she also cares enough to let you know when there could be an issue. I can't give Kaley a higher recommendation.

I've been coming to Boardroom for almost a DECADE, and have always been satisfied with their service. However, today Phillip at the Lakeside location raised the bar immensely for both customer service AND talent. The staff at boardroom has always done a really good job trimming my beard. I rarely keep up with it at home so it gets all crazy and squirrely. Nobody's ever really taught me how to keep up with it between sessions. Phillip however, took time today to show me individual steps on how to deal with those pesky mustache hairs getting longer or the neckline getting itchy. He recommend products they actually sell and showed me tools to use. He totally went above and beyond just getting a simple trim or a haircut. If you're in Lskeside, definitely ask for Phillip. I will be coming to him from now on. Thank you Phillip.
